Our school uniform consists of smart grey skirt or trousers, white shirt/blouse or polo shirts and a red sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan. We encourage parents to purchase sweatshirts embroidered with the school logo but are happy for children to wear plain red as an alternative. We also ask that children wear smart, sensible black shoes which are appropriate for school. From September 2017 for PE new children should wear black shorts and red tee-shirts, plimsolls or trainers. Existing pupils can continue to wear white or black shorts & a white t-shirt until they need a new kit, when they should change to the red tee shirt & black shorts. For outdoor PE during colder weather pupils can wear jogging bottoms/tracksuits. It is helpful for pupils to bring their PE kits in on Monday morning, taking them home again on Friday afternoons.
It is vital that school uniform is clearly labelled with the child’s name using a permanent marker or name tape.
“For health & safety reasons the only jewellery permitted to be worn in school is small stud earrings, which must be removed before PE & swimming.
