The children from years 3 and 4 travelled to Market Drayton Junior School to participate in a gymnastics competition against 12 other schools. They had to complete a floor and vault routine which was marked out of 10 by two different judges.  As you can see from the score card below, they did exceptionally. They won! This means they have qualified to compete in the next round. Well done team, I am so proud of your hard work and all your practicing.

The children had a lovely time using balloons to play lots of games and indoor tennis. They incorporated the balloons within team building games. We all had a great time and laughed a lot. Merry Christmas to you all!

Last Thursday six children attended Maurice Chandler Sports Centre to compete against local schools in a Quicksticks Hockey tournament. The team kicked off with a win against the first team, what a fantastic start!

I am am so proud of how the team cheered each other on and demonstrated the school games values.

Well done to the six children making up the team.
