Dear Parents/Carers,
I am delighted to share how well the children have done this week, especially during a very busy SATs period for Year 6. Their hard work, focus, and excellent behaviour have been truly impressive, and we are proud of their commitment to their learning.
A few updates for you:
- Several letters have been circulated regarding after-school clubs, including tennis, football, and Creation Station.
- Information has also been shared about the whole school trip to Bewilderwood. Please check details and let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you for your continued support with TT Rockstars and spellings. I understand how busy home life can be, and just a little, often, makes a big difference.
As noted earlier, Year 4 will have a times tables assessment in June. We will provide further guidance to support them in preparing for it.
Spellings check Monday – unusual, suggestion, valuable, curiosity, separate, criticise, desperate, restaurant, government, explanation, familiar and patience.
No spellings over the term break, instead, they have a check next Friday, on the following: comparison, recognition, significant, vocabulary, competition and environment.
If you have any questions about the above, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you again for all your support!
Mr. Loftus
